1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern access to and use of the Affibot.Link SaaS platform for affiliate product data management, published by GST Labs SAS (65 Quai Joseph Gillet, 69004 Lyon, France, hereinafter “the Publisher”).
Subscribing to Affibot.Link constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Service description
Affibot.Link is a SaaS tool enabling affiliators, bloggers and content publishers to centralise, score and distribute their product data from multiple sources (Amazon, affiliate platforms, merchant feeds).
The service is offered in two plans:
- Lite: Amazon price tracking (ASIN), history, variation alerts.
- Banger: full plan including multi-platform sourcing, YouTube videos, AI PIM and embeddable widgets.
Exact pricing and scope are defined during a demo meeting and formalised in an individual quote.
3. Subscription and access
Access to the service is conditional on the signature of an individual quote or contract between the customer and GST Labs SAS. No automated access is granted without prior written agreement.
4. Pricing and billing
Prices are those stated in the accepted quote. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the agreed terms. Invoices are payable on receipt unless otherwise stated in the quote.
Any late payment will incur late payment penalties at the applicable statutory rate, without prejudice to any other remedy.
5. Term and termination
Subscriptions are entered into for a minimum period of one (1) month, with tacit renewal. Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 calendar days’ written notice to [email protected].
Upon termination, access to the service is maintained until the end of the current paid subscription period.
6. Liability
GST Labs SAS undertakes to use best efforts to ensure service availability. Under no circumstances shall GST Labs SAS be liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of revenue, data loss) arising from the use or unavailability of the service.
The Publisher’s liability is in all cases limited to the monthly amount invoiced to the customer for the period in question.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy available at affibot.link/en/confidentialite.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Lyon (France) shall have sole jurisdiction.
